I stopped buying Vital Proteins after I found out they were purchased by Nestle. There are plenty of smaller companies to support that make collagen powders so I choose to support them. I assume the ridiculous price increases are to help Nestle pay for the astronomical price I’m sure they had to pay to buy out Vital Proteins. I looked back at my online orders and first started buying Vital Proteins the end of 2016….so I was a long term purchaser before making the switch.
I love the Glow Recipe cloudberry essence as well! Also agree with you that the BOM Dia has the best scent out of all the Sol de Janeiro offerings :) sweet but not sickly with it 💓
Thanks...I troo switched collagen peptide . Vital is just ridiculously expensive. I use probiotics but also drink a little kefir in the morning with my Greek yogurt.
You can just have algae Omega 3s. That's where the fish get it from, so fish oil is basically recycled Omega 3s. I use Deva Omega 3 pills and they're very neutral in smell and aftertaste.
Do you have access to a Costco where you are in Canada? I only get my Vital Proteins at Costco. In warehouse, not online. The cost savings is tremendous. Regular price for a 2lb tub is currently $31.99 USD. It will go on sale a few times a year for $24.99 USD and you’re allowed to buy up to four tubs of each flavor. Chocolate is my favorite, but I use the unflavored when that’s not available.
We have Costco here yes but I have never seen Vital Proteins at my local Costco. I did hear the US Costco sells it and that’s amazing! Such a good deal and I am jealous lol!

@@SincerelyMissAsh Bummer! You need a friend in Buffalo to bring it over for you. Haha! I would, but I’m in Denver.
Lol! I appreciate that but yes, Denver is a little too far ☺️
