    Man thank you so much ive had weight problems since 2020 due to quartine and recently i had a knee dislocation this is helping me lose thigh fat and gain/repair ligament cuts

      how's the sugar detox 1 yr later??? I am a bona fide sugar addict and have had 3 surgeries on my left wrist (I am a fitness trainer)--- Hope you have fully recovered. ps. do you ever use monk fruit sweetener?
