@@lewis72 Manupy clubs in the championship have millionaire, the question is how much they invested in the squad look at premier league top 7/8 all have billionaires or near billions. Bournemouth had millionaire but the other club are not to different.

It's a perfectly good analogy. Furthermore, once you're in the Premier League, you get millions more than being in the Championship.

While it's true that Maxim Demin is a millionaire, we haven't spent a lot, I think the final comment was a little unfair. In our first season in the Premier League we were the lowest value team by a serious margin, in our second season only one team had less value than us. This isn't a club where money has been poured in, this is a club where the access to funds has been spent incredibly wisely.

With a baller backing your club, I figure getting loans and some good faith point also helps a lot, even if the russian doenst spend as much, having that leverage helps

As a Bournemouth supporter, it is remarkable how well Bournemouth have done. For the size of the club, we have punched well above our weight.

when i was 15-16 years old, i remember that i've take them in FM 2007 when they were in league one and in 5 years we arrived in premier league;in short, a classic career on FM :D. Few years later, when I read the newly promoted in the premier league and saw them, I couldn't hold back a smile, remembering the moments spent with this team! Greeeting to bournemouth from Florence

My team (Rotherham United) suffered administration around the same time as Bournemouth. As bad as last season was, I can only be so thankful to everyone that helped so that my team didn't dissolve 10 years ago

50 seconds in, Krasner wasn't the administrator at the time of The Winter Gardens + buckets; the receiver at that time was Alan Lewis (he even bought a season ticket)
Krasner was 10-years later and he spent freely on himself staying at The Chewton Glen. He knew he had the money, as the administration was a pre-pack, paid for by the then chairman of the club.

They've had a rough start to the season, I hope they stay up this year.
thegreatcalvinio Performances have been decent mate but results haven't gone our way. However it a results business and unless we start picking up points we will get relegated. I'm confident, we have played Arsenal, Spurs, Man City and Everton so far and only looked out of it against Arsenal. Really we should have beaten Everton and drawn against City. Concern is we are no good with crosses into the box, Brighton figured that out despite winning that game and our defending of the two corners in a row was shabby (one crossbar, one off the line). However Eddie will get it right, starting with Stoke next week

I've been watching since 2005/2006 and yes I agree, but that's because we never needed one till championship and prem, then all the new fans bought the season tickets with a lot of the older fans like us wondering where our tickets and seats have gone. 🤣
I know how you feel, I find it difficult to get a home ticket so I tend to go to the away games.

Non league Barrow is my home club, and although Liverpool have always been my real love. I have so much respect for Bournemouth. A true rags to riches story.
