@MudkipForceG There is nothing "elitist" about recognizing that any band that identifies themselves as "djent" only does so because they have some VERY meshuggah like riffs interspersed in thier music. Go listen to Sleep Terror for a tasteful use of percussive rythmically challenging parts that kills all things "djent".

Quick, maybe obvious question... How are you getting the midi snare count in? Are you recording the bass DI over the song in a recording program with a midi count-in? Thanks. Great video!
