I only found about this one because someone invited me. Every February they come to this place outside Prineville I'm told. They put on others around the state, but I don't have the schedule. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
This was put on by the Grizzly Mountain Long Rifle club. They said there will be another one in May at a different location but im not sure exactly when or what days as this was my first event as well.
Good job in capturing everything. Beautiful day we had. Didn't score all that well in the knife and hawk since they had a lot of off handed throws and haven't practiced those if it would have even helped :)
Cool. I’m lucky and don’t need to wait for a rendezvous to see all that cool stuff. I actually live near a real and functioning training post. Look very similar except depending on the time of year a huge room full of pelts you can buy before the auctions
Lots of cool things to see.
Kydex not allowed at this event 😂. Thanks for sharing Dan.🇺🇲🔪🔥🌲
That tent interior looked like my place , all flat (horizontal) surfaces are refuges for stacking stuff vertical . 😜
I've been wanting a nice pair of tall moccasins for years. I love checking out the frontier fairs and them meets
It was a lot of fun, and there were lots of trade goods, including moccasins. I've thought about getting a pair myself.
Oh man! Such a good video, I wish i was there to see it. No body notified me! When is the next one? Thank you Dan!

It was a lot of fun to see. I really appreciate what everyone is doing to remember that awesome time in history.
