Thank you sir for giving such a wonderful tips about the health today I want to tell that I used to follow ginger,garlic, methiseeds soaked, curry leaves, badam, apricoat,dry grapes soaked, dates . And flaxseed buttermilk helped me complete body checkup report came normal

@mosfet3454 yes , morning when I woke up first I take turmeric water one hour gape after I will take soaked methi,badam, apricot, dry grapes with that I add ginger,garlic,date's, pista again I give half an hour I will take flaxseed buttermilk by this time we feel tummy full if we feel that we are skipped breakfast then I will take like 2 dosa,3 idili, appam5 to 6,1 paratha etc we have to reduce the quantity how we use to eat tummy full in afternoon I will take 1 chapati or jowar roti small bowl rice at night 1 small bowl rice
