Yes however it depends on few factors like-Candidates born on or after October 1, 1999, are eligible to apply. However, for SC, ST, or PwD candidates, the birth date should be on or after October 1, 1994. A candidate can attempt UCEED a maximum of twice, but in consecutive years only.

All though the brochure says that- 'A Diploma recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (www.aicteindia.org) or a State Board of Technical Education of at least THREE years duration.' But additionally it also states that - 'It is important to note that the eligibility criteria of the participating Institutes may not consider candidates with a Diploma of three year duration. ' So please check on individual IIT campuses for their eligibility.

No brother unfortunately you are not. You have to attempt 1st exam in the year in which you are clearing 12 boards and even after giving 12 boards the only second and last chance you have is the next year after clearing 12. Maximum 2 attempts that also consecutive. You can try any other colleges. They accept other entrance exams and have different eligibility criteria specially Design Schools. All the best!

All though the brochure says that-
'A Diploma recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (www.aicteindia.org) or a State Board of Technical Education of at least THREE years duration.'
But additionally it also states that - 'It is important to note that the eligibility criteria of the participating Institutes may not consider candidates with a Diploma of three year duration. ' So please check on individual IIT campuses for their eligibility.

No brother unfortunately you are not. You have to attempt 1st exam in the year in which you are clearing 12 boards and even after giving 12 boards the only second and last chance you have is the next year after clearing 12. Maximum 2 attempts that also consecutive. You can try any other colleges. They accept other entrance exams and have different eligibility criteria specially Design Schools. All the best!
