    I am so impressed with your skill, attitude, style, and GENEROSITY.
    I first got turned on (and addicted) to walking workouts with Leslie Sansone.
    Now I need the increased intensity of all your workouts.
    I have lost 25% of my previously obese bodyweight in a year with diet and lifestyle changes and primarily both indoor walk based workouts and outdoor interval run-walking.
    I am working my way through your huge library of youtubes and just purchased one of your digital sets in order to show my gratitude for the free ones.

    I am always amazed how many different workout Jessica has created. I have been doing her workout for years, but this is the first time I am doing this one. I really like how it has both some cardio and strength training. The amount of workout time is great.

    Hi! Glad you liked it- hope you enjoy it when you try it out tomorrow too :-) The best way to determine mileage is to wear a tracking device like a pedometer.. I don't measure in miles when I create these.. my personal preference to just to focus on enjoying the movement not reaching a certain goal here :-) Hope that helps!

    I have several of Jessica's DVDs. Was looking for a workout 50+ minutes, but this one kicks your butt in 40 minutes. Love the heavy weights.

    Hi Jessica, I found this workout about a week ago and I love it!!! I love the fact of getting a total body workout without the high impact on your body. I used work in a gym and did many high impact workouts and can't do that anymore do to too much stress on my knees and back. I love doing the compound exercises with the weights, it's an excellent total body fat burning exercise. I will be working out with you everyday!!! Looking forward to more great workouts with you.

    Just completed this workout - my first more intense workout since I got the okay from my podiatrist, post foot surgery, to resume my usual high activity level (hope you aren't sick of my video comments at this point, I apologize, haha). This was challenging, fun, safe (like all of your workouts seem to be, as I preview them and bookmark; and my order of your DVDs is arriving next week!). SO grateful for your workouts, Jessica, as I ease back into my high activity level but also continue to find balance (I'm the one who still struggles from over-exercising and under-fueling). My walking DVD is low impact with high impact options offered through one of our modifiers. There are two walks on the DVD - one interval and one endurance. I hope you'll check it out!     Day 26 of the January Jumpstart Challenge. This is a great Total Body workout whilst also packing in the steps too (a two for one special).
    I used my 4 kilo set today and for the lower body doubled up to 6 kilos using one of my 2 kilo weights. I got a really good workout, I definitely sparkled and thoroughly enjoyed myself in the process. The music and Jessica are so upbeat and positive too. What a fantastic start to my day today. I am going to partner this with Stepping Strength as I don’t have the other recommendation Tred and Shred yet.

I love your workouts because I have a bum knee and there are a lot of cardio exercises that I am not able to do but I am able to do almost everything in your workouts.     I have always been drawn to what is considered to be "aerobic weight training" or AWT. Sometimes known as "4-limb" aerobics. This workout falls into AWT category. Love the constant movement. Thank you Jessica. :)

    I found this on youtube today and really enjoyed doing it.I know walking is good exercise which is why I decided to check this out, as I have trouble doing exercise as my legs don't seem to move as fast as instructors . I did this workout with just my body weight, as I'm restarting my fitness journey (again - I always seem to give up before I really see results), and you are so kind, encouraging, and motivating.     I did NOT feel like working out and really needed to but I just could not do anything major. This was perfect. I broke a sweat 10 minutes in got a little strength and do not feel guilty now lol.     Wow! I've been struggling really badly with fatigue after my long runs lately and wanting to sleep for hours so I've decided to try adding in a low impact evening workout to keep me ticking over. This was....waay tougher than I was expecting but it was so original and my arms were needing a boost! Glad I did this! :)

    Did the high step metabolic workout last night and did this one tonight... love the stride and strength because I'm so tired at the end of the day that I just can't be bothered to do something high impact or with intense cardio - I'd skip working out all together - but this workout is nice and low impact but still so effective. Thanks so much!

    Have been spending the past couple of weeks looking through workout videos but doing none of them. I finally decided to stop stalling and did this one. Loved it! Like how u explain everything and ease us into quicker tempos. Lots of videos jump straight into the fast pace. Only complaint is that in this one Peanut was missing. Glad he found the time to make a special appearance at the end.

    Great day 2 of the Fall Challenge. This one challenged me this morning! I was also able to notice the differences between my left and my right as far as strength and flexibility. I know it's normal to have a stronger arm or a more flexible side, but it's always interesting to notice it and try to improve. Thanks!

    I like that this is low impact with a full body emphasis, especially with the abdominal toning near the end! I also love that this workout ended with Peanut's happy little face staring back at me LOL! Absolutely adorable! Great option for those taking a break from high intensity! :)

    I always find this to be an excellent workout. I love everything about it. Having completed this today I have completed my first cycle through the Summer of Strength 2020.     I enjoyed this again Jessica. Such fun and those triceps exercises are getting easier for me as I did the whole triceps set with you this morning. I particularly like the way you get us to do exercises with both weights in one hand too to give us more challenge and experience of the heavier weights and boy does that make us work harder. I am going to try out Episode 2 soon but not this morning as I fancy doing something different now... a dance walk or cardio ballet perhaps.

      +Jackie Mc Thanks Jessica I chose this one this morning because the temperatures in Hong Kong are the coldest in 25 years and indoor heating is a joke.... It certainly got me warm fast and I am ready to brave the outdoors. This workout is definately easier now that I am stronger and can use even heavier weight.

    I am hooked on your videos. Stride and strength is a great. I also really love belly, buns and thighs. I prefer the low impact sessions..Thank you Jessica.

    Jessica, I would really, really like it if you could add one like THIS and perhaps add more reps for targeted hamstring and outer thigh movements. I find myself trying to sneak in 22 reps. lol.
    Thank you for your balanced and always SO engaging workouts. You know your stuff and it is guiding me to get back into shape again.

    This is a really good one. Day 1 on the Fall Challenge for me. I substituted this one as I am still on the Walk Strong 2 Countdown Plan which I am combining with the Fall Challenge. On the Walk Strong Day 22 is Upper Focus Circuit and this one being a strength workout partners well with it. I like this one as it gives you a full body strength workout and cardio and the music is fun. There is a good stretch at the end of this one too which was really helpful after two strength routines this morning. Day 23 is Ready Steady Go on Walk Strong so if I have the energy tomorrow I will see you and Peanut on TH-cam for the two Day 1 HiiT Fall Challenge routines.

    the workout is so effective. great combination of walking and weights. love it.i managed to do all the exercises even though some were not easy. love it.thanks for a great workout.

    I liked this one Jessica. Even though I went to a Pilates class this morning my day hasn't been very active. It has been great to get moving and sculpt too.

    This looks great! I work in an office in an extremely ergonomically incorrect setting... I now have such damage to my neck that I'm experiencing facial tingling (like Novocaine) - happens when I sit too long... goes away when I'm standing up.. I need workouts that are both challenging but gentler on my neck (I can't do burpees, mountain climbers, plank exercises) - your walking workouts are perfect!

    Loved this, it's raining hard today, feels great to get a good sweat indoors where it's dry (minus the sweat). First time I've seen this video though really good thanks Jessica and of course Peanut.

    Hi Jessica, your workouts are fantastic and I can definitely feel the burn. I have several walking tapes but for some reason your workouts really make me feel like I've ran around the track or been on the treadmill. You're my personal trainer. lol
