    Wow, using UVs as a pattern is such a genius move! I would never have thought of that, but it's so simple and efficient. The mask turned out really well, you guys did an amazing job with the sculpting and painting!

  • @aru-YT
    @aru-YT 2 ปีที่แล้ว +76

    I love your tutorial and made my own, however I made mine without the wood grain and went for a more metal effect since the mask is canon made of armor. I found painting to be the most difficult part surprisingly, yours turned out better than mine though :)

      Pictures of the project?

    • @abom7634
      @abom7634 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      curious as to where you got the information it was made of armour or metal as i couldnt find any details on this that were cannon at least?

    • @aru-YT
      @aru-YT 2 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      @@abom7634 yeah , its on the zeldapedia where it says "Majora's Mask is revealed to have been made from the armor of a legendary beast named Majora, that lived around ten million years before the events of Majora's Mask." and in the mask artworks none of them have wood grain. though i understand why people did wood grain, my first thought was that it was made of wood too.

    My dremel came in handy making the blue spirit mask from the last air bender a couple years back. I had some pieces of Eva foam lying around for that one. I just did a paper mache Majora’s mask for Halloween this year and it turned out pretty well. My sister is obsessed with legend of Zelda, so I was making it for her.
