    This was so good! I'm drenched lol 🤣I really enjoy how you always have us hoop in both directions. Before watching your vids, I had such a hard time hooping in the opposite direction. And thanks for the warm up/cool down recommendation!

      Yes totally, it just takes practice. Even if you can just waist hoop with your arms in neutral for the opposite direction at first, it always improves and within no time you can bring in the arms and legs too. So glad you like it. More coming. Up
