Amazing, this is simply the most advanced system i have seen so far on any luxury car. So easy and convenient and response times incredible and i read it gets regular updates when connected to the internet for up to date tech and general performance boost.

Yeah, glad they listened the previous system wasn't the best and it was very slow. Now this is one of the best ones around.

People complain that you have to control cabin temp via touchscreen and should as part of hard buttons in bottom section. But all you need to do is hit the temp hard button once and the screen will show you the options. So it’s real simple.

There is no voice guidance on this system. That’s disappointing because it comes with the standard in control. If you use Apple Car Play, the voice guidance is absent.

Can you make inputs to nav system while the car is in motion? I have a Lexus that locks out inputs while moving, worthless!

You can give a input to Navi while the car in motion by using speech feature.

About bloody time. The current series is from the early 00s. Its simply terrible and was a main reason I avoided the brand altogether..although the nav map still looks a little dated, BMW, Merc, Audi and even Volvo are superior in this regard...

The F-Pace is the first vehicle I have ever gotten and had buyers remorse. The touchscreen info display is terrible. The video showed the secondary panel. The nav panel shows no useful information. In order to see nav info, it must open full screen. Nav does not have a secondary panel that shows radio or other useful information.
Showing the map on the full IP looks neat in video, but in practice is poor. The speedo becomes a small number in the lower RH corner. Why not split screen? Replace the left and center panel with Nav, and Speedo on the right third?
The choices Jag made on this system are stunningly bad.

Ken Weise Most people opt for Head up display so you see the Speed and speed limit there and navigation on the instrument cluster and passenger can watch digital TV on the infotainment screen. Or you see the speed etc from the instrument cluster and navigation on the infotainment screen and passenger can watch digital TV from the infotainment screen too if you have the dual screen view

Don't bother with ICT Pro - I have it in a 2016 XE and it is truly terrible. Constant crashing, dropping iPod, black screens if you dare to use the rear camera at the same time as the system is booting up. Jaguar Land Rover know the system is inherently faulty but shamefully continue to sell the system in XE's, XF's, F Pace,'s and Range Rovers. According to forums, lots of US and UK owners are rejecting their cars...
UPDATE - I legally rejected my XE-S after 4.5 months' ownership - English law says that unless the manufacturer can fix any fault, however small, with one attempt (assuming there is a fix which there STILL isn't in June 2017!) they MUST refund all your money plus 8% interest which is what I got.

Sad thing is that some employees in Apple, EA and many other heavy labor software business are treated the same way as these Chinese people. Whenever you see a bed at workplace just run!

Touch screen completely sucks in actual SUV's. It does not work like it shows in the video, Touch screen is like a very old cheep touch screen phone, even worst than that.
