There is no need for an oven as these bricks are made of concrete, not clay

Please comment on how thick the mixture should be, how much water to add, the approximate time you waited between pouring the short end and flipping to do the long end. We have tried and tried to get good corners and we are failing time after time. We always wait 2 days before deforming. We always use the spray release. But when we deform the bricks just break at the corners. This last time we got 1 good brick. Please show more about the thickness of the mixture so we can gauge if that is the problem.

We have very detailed instructions on the amount of water and additives to add as well as how long to wait before flipping the form in the description of our mold page. Here it is- globmarble.com/old-brick-stone-mold-bs-611.html If all else fails, its probably because it is winter and concrete takes much longer to cure in the cold. Try buying a fast set mortar mix from homedepot or lowes and demold after two days with that.
