Very good, informative video, but would be nice to know ingredients, as chief put them during cooking and making the dish together. But very detailed. Thank you.
Udonsoba....thank you, and bless you for making this video. I love chicken. I love cheese. I love curry. But together? I actually never thought it was be possible LOL. Nice owner for allowing you to film the preparation as well. Maybe one day, I will be able to go there and try that wonderful looking food!
Did he added the corn scratches only for the curry rice? how i wish i know for how long he boil the soup base, so i can try to remake this at home 🥲 sad that im soo far away from Japan
I'ts amazing to be able to watch the detailed work of a man towards making this dish. It's an exemplary feat of excellence the care for the ingredients the combination the process. simply astounding amounts of teachings only watching this. thanks.
I like your work however if I might make a suggestion it would be great to have a little more information on the ingredients, not detailed gram etc but what is used. I am fond of cooking and having little hints would help. None the less great job your few videos gave me lots of idea
the food is mouthwatering🤤 the chef is amazing, he also cleans as he cooks so there's less mess to take care of. they really are neat when it comes to their work but also on keeping their workshop on top condition
Udon soba, you've tried and tasted lots of udon, soba, and rice bowls.... so here's a challenge. Try the pork culet rice bowl at this restaurant (Tonkatsu Maruchi) and I guarantee that you'll be blown away....

Him: these are the ingridients for Curry Udon: garlics, onions, carrots, cabbages, banana....
Me: wait... what? banana?
Loool Me too
But normally they use apple and honey
I mean, if apple, pear, and orange work, banana should, too.
Hmm yes banana?? But then they are sweet and would thicken the sauce.
Japanese wants their curry sweet, maybe this way he can use less (if any) sugar, which is good for your health.
I saw it in another cooking video. Nope. Unless I am not aware of it in the food, otherwise, I will not put ripe banana in savory cooking.
Excellent videoing. From the kitchen preparation to the final dishes. Until now, I didn’t realise that the Japanese were embracing curry.
Banana as natural coagulant and sweetener. Most clever
Amazing dish !!! Can’t wait to visit Japan ❤️🥘☺️
Or make it at home😀😇
When he put some bananas...i flipped. I think this is one unique dish and now I really wanna have some
Japanese curries often use fruit and honey. Most often it's apple but I've seen banana and Asian pear used too.
amazing!! a lot of prep work, thank you for showing that
Everything looks so good and I admire his shorts! 😂❤️

I never thought banana would go with curry 😳😳😳
Yeb. Me too
bananas normally have such a distinct flavor. i wonder how it is in that curry.
Late i know but I made it, you cannot taste banana just adds sweetness to the sauce, its excellent.
The chef doing everything, he is flaxible man

This chef is very relaxed.
respect is when a chef is wearing white uniform and keeps it clean without any stains by the end of the day...
Banana??? That is amazing. I've heard of apples or pears being added for sweetness, but banana??
Very good, informative video, but would be nice to know ingredients, as chief put them during cooking and making the dish together. But very detailed. Thank you.

And the banana into the soup mix blender that's awesome.
cheese curry is one of the best things in the world.
Yep. He's wild alright! The way he chops carrots and adds bananas to his soup base.
Banana in the broth?i m never seen...so curious to try

I’m drooling!
At 8:01, what is the paste the chef is adding?
thats blended aromatic veggies (mirepoix) that he used to make the stock.. it is also commonly used to make ragu using it.
which camera is this ? nice quality
Did he added the corn scratches only for the curry rice? how i wish i know for how long he boil the soup base, so i can try to remake this at home 🥲 sad that im soo far away from Japan
10pm. It is not a good time to watch… I’m hungry and I need to fly to Japan now.
What are those three black cloves the chef put in the pot? Black garlic? Does anyone know what that is?
Looks like black garlic to me.
Excellent!!! Chef/Restaurant thank you much for sharing. Much appreciated.👏👏👏 Regards, Baljit Singh, Chandigarh, India.

its the shop owners family recipe, they wont give it out on the internet, obviously.
