How to make Water Tank Level Indicator and viewer at Rs. Zero/- cost. DIY.

Materials required
1, 75mm PVC endcap =2nos
2, 75mm pvc pipe pipe=20cm
3, 25mm pvc endcap= 3 nos
4, 25mm pvc pipe= 50 cm
5, 25mm pvc Tee = 1 nos
6, 2mm ploasic rope= 1.5mtr
