7:38 havent come that far yet, I made it right past the wooden bridge. Theres actually a way to do this glitch earlier in the game, at the part with the beartraps. The part where you jump on the ladder and one planks breaks off. When you jump onto that but dont hold it, and right when you touch the plank you go to main menu and then resume.
