  • Grain bins successfully moved to its new position. Now waiting on 2 new hopper bins...
    Located in south central North Dakota, we grow variety crops (barley, rye, durum, wheat, oats, corn, soybeans, flaxeed) and run simmental/angus/saler mixed cattle herd. Always looking for ways to improve the operation and what I can do to improve the soil I farm. My name is Brooks, and I hope you can learn something and maybe I can learn something from you.

    Humidity is doing us in here too. Taking a long time to dry stuff down. Nice today though, hopefully build a couple hundred bales of greenfeed tomorrow and cut the last 20 acres since the discbine parts finally came in.

    Humidity and grain crops can make them tough. Hopefully you get some less humidity.
    Once harvest is over you'll find the missing panels for the bin. Always seems to work out that way.
