I vote Navi as the MVP of this season. She has consistently kept track of an increasingly layered show. Her skills will be put to the test in future seasons.
Luthor is one of the best DC villains and easily the best match-up as a villain for superman because he is so good at spinning a situation in his benefit and creating problems that superman can’t always fix by being strong or punching things. This is one of my favourite depictions of his character by far!

And remember, there's two important factors at work here: 1) They already knew that the Light/Cadmus Board of Dirctors "deleted the source material" as a matter of course, so for some the search was probably more a checklist than an in-depth inquiry, and 2) There's no way the Batman, the World's Greatest Detective, didn't get involved in the search. I could easily see everyone else thinking, well, if Batman couldn't find him, then the obvious answer is because Roy's body has already been disposed of. Yeah, we know now that that was a mistake, but considering the Justice League had their own issues to deal with in the intervening years, it's not an unreasonable one.

Static Shock powers is more than electricity. He’s basically a mix of Magneto and Black Lightning. Put those two together and he’s a very powerful hero but he’s still a kid so he really hasn’t reached his potential with his abilities yet

This season we never see original Roy do the same, while people will argue it happened off-screen the fact we didn't see it causes this arguments on why the Team/League just let Arsenal on the team at all or arguing if the team is ignoring Roy's mental health at all.
