Mann, you just made me realize I have to focus more on my technique, by trying to hit harder I kinda took my technique for granted and lost it along the way. Thanks!! 🙏

For someone who is left foot dominant but fights in an orthodox stance is it just a matter of practicing the right more? The left round house kick just for me is just so much more fluid and powerful compared to my right. Gives me a good teep kick on the front leg though.

Yes. I am also left leg dominant. I am left handed and stand and strike in an orthodox stance. For the longest time my switch kick was waaay better than my rear roundhouse. Throw thousands of kicks and do them technical and at varying speeds and heights. Mix in accessory training for strength and balance and it will get better, stronger and faster.

@@Krufessor_Rad I appreciate that thanks, I guess its similar to weight training when bringing up a lagging muscle when theres an imbalance. Just need to train around that weakness until it isn't like you suggested. Same with me, i like feinting a right roundhouse into a switch kick.

1)"Dragon Tails" to kick through the bag and the pad.
    2) Hitting bag with the hip.
Those are very good and clear explanation. My kicks are always stiff, clumsy and slow. I will put that in mind for my further practice.
