The kid kicks like Superbon when he's relaxed. It's deceptive in the way that it's beautiful yet deadly. You'd think it won't hurt much but it's super accurate.

TJ is a great coach. Learned a lot at one of his seminars. What hes teaching is very hard to get the hang of. It seems like a paradox to kick hard yet be relaxed but hes 100 percent right. When you feel it you know but it comes with reps. So many reps you get bored and finally relax enough to whip the kick just right.

Great coaching! Kid got great form except for the lack of core engaging exhalation as I like to call it, got that fixed too.
Some just call it shouting but it's really not, it's more of a exhalation that creates any sound one like to make to activate the core muscles in the body before impact.

Very good on teaching the kiai coach, not talked about more often. Its one of those things that come easier to some than others. This young man trying to learn on top of the pressure of being filmed, much props! I personally find it very natural but would lose sleep over having to do karaoke or dance on a stage, 🤣strange phobia. A more unorthodox approach is sniffing salts, ammonia, give that a try coach it will put fire in their bellies to find their kiai. 👏
