I'm so thankful to Benedict for acknowleadging the imput of Poles (Marian Rejewski nad his team) in breaking the Enigma code. Literally, they're usually forgotten and it's so unfair, as they were the first ones to actually break the code.
The first movie I ever saw of Benedict's was Amazing Grace in 2006. He played the lead's best friend. It is so refreshing and a great comfort to me as a big fan of his that fame did not change him in any way but better yet he changed fame. I love this man so much! He is so inspiring and a breath of fresh air. My hope is to meet him one day and tell him how he has impacted my life.
Such a charming guy, a great actor and hilarious person, he is so natural and open + love his beautiful and sexy voice. Although voice-vice Alan Rickman to me will always remain the no.1 perfect and unique male voice..but Benedict comes verrry close;0)
About one hour interview, I always wonder as Japanese why not there’s interview like this among Japanese actors and in Japanese media. I mean in terms of the duration, contents and eloquence. It’s a real shame for the Japanese actors not to be given enough opportunities to talk about whatever they want. On youtube, I can see an interview by Japanese actors for five minutes or so at most. On the contrary, western media allow them to talk freely. That is one of the fascination western media has and foundations contributing to produce excellent actors. Japanese media really likes to link persistent advertisement to everything and never let them talk freely like this interview. I’m really uncomfortable about that. Of course benedict is great.
The same in germany. We have a lot of great actors but in interviews they are asked all the same question. They do not get the attention they derserve. It is all smalltalk.
I am from kolkata which is the capital of west bengal ( the place where he went in india ) . If i ever meet him i would really love talk with him . It will be something to talk between us
He has a sexiest voice, that sound just makes me so calm.......
I heard his voice like milion times in my life, but everytime I'm like "Oh my God, his voice!!¡! xhsvab"
He is just amazing. Period.

He stayed in a monastery in Darjeeling. I'm from Darjeeling. :)
Maybe the reason he's a feminist is because he has experienced feminity in his roles .
