Fact. There is NO "say as I do not as I say". Only YOU can influence how your child accepts themselves. Every single thing makes an impact that will be nearly impossible to undo. Spend more time being present in your own moment and be aware of every single time you have even one thought about how you appear to anyone else. Only you can break the cycle.

Also I'm in the Bay Area and that ramen looked AMAZING - would you be willing to share which restaurant it is? I didn't recognize it You're doing great, Mom. I had my first baby last Feb and I have been so happy that 3 of my most favorite TH-camrs also got pregnant this year. I am so happy for you and it has been awesome to see your progress with everything and so on!
Congratulations! It is an adjustment being a new mom. I remember when I had my second a friend said oh you will get into the groove, but I never did (I think because I am a scatter brain ADD person.) Little did I know our second child had special needs! Now she is 18 but still very much like a baby. I think you will be okay though. :)

Being a Mom is the BEST!! 💕 The sleeping situation definitely gets better I know it seems like it will never end when your going through it but as they get older the sleeping routine gets better. One thing that helped me was if I was exhausted I would nap during the day when baby naps & that helps a TON!!
You look gorgeous. Being a new Mum is not easy. You are doing a brilliant job. Every baby is different and every Mum is different. You must do what works for you and your baby.

You do look beautiful. I had post pardum depression really bad. I felt so guilt I had no reason to be sad, none! I was blessed with a beautiful healthy baby girl and everything in life was great but somehow inside I didn’t feel great ( my emotions were up and down mainly down and sad). I wonder at times if it’s bc of the time of year I had her, it was February, and super cold out so chances to get out were fewer and farther in between until spring. I would not admit I had this going on until my daughter was a month old. It made me feel weak and unworthy as a momma warrior. But as I got help from everyone, I learned it had nothing to do with my abilities but everything to do with how my hormones were changing so rapidly form being pregnant to post pregnancy hormones. Best of wishes

Three babies here, the first 12 days of breastfeeding are horrible pain with bleeding nipples and then boom it’s over and it’s soo easy after that. No bottles, pumping, just roll over and feed and roll back over. But I totally know the feeling of feeling helpless like something is not right and the pain will never end. It does!
My hair is the exsact same color and I keep looking up your videos to see if I want to add blond again but something keeps stopping me --- healthiest hair I’ve ever had!!!! Lol

You can pump and fill bottles so that way alternate breast feeding. I did that for a year. At night your hubby can grab the bottle aaaaaand you would have free time and rest. I wish you luck!

My baby is a week older than yours and I’m also exclusively pumping, what a journey!
