- Here is one correct lap with the 992 gt3 on cup 2 r with already 6 laps on it (12 laps and you can trash it! )
Still braking wayyyy too early (GT2 rs braking point sometimes) and also still very safe because with manual gear box you have to be very very clean
Condition of the day were absolutely optimal on gran turismo event track day, with 0 traffic in this lap!!
With more practice on this car, i think i can get couples of seconds quicker and be in the range 6.55/6.59 btg, which is quiet quick for a manual gear box car...

This is so much more artistically and kinesthetically satisfying to witness compared to the "perfect" PDK. Mechanical sympathy between the human and the machine, leaving the human to be much more involved. It's a dance we're watching. Right from first downshift at 0:28 - you can vicariously feel the way the driver feels by choosing to downshift at that time, at that engine speed and level of blip. At 0:40 the first upshift from 2nd to 3rd, you can hear and feel the buttery smoothness of that shift, the satisfaction that can only come from a shift that feels and sounds like that. It's beautiful. Yes, by all means, let there be a separately lap time leaderboard for manual cars! I'll take kinesthetic involvement and artistic beauty over absolute lap time, every time. We've all seen so many PDK GT3 or GT3 RS Ring laps - am I right? While we love those, this is so much more beautiful.
Yes, it is not fast as pdk, but the driving pleasure is high

Full green when you maximize the sector. Red when approching the limit I bet 😁

Super tour ! Par contre seulement 12 tours pour des CUP 2 R au vue de leur prix c'est abusé même si c'est les meilleurs semi du monde.
Ils vont remédier a ce probleme, on va pouvoir mettre les dimensions RS 991 et ceux là dure 30/40 tours selon le rythme et ils sont moins cher 👍🏻
