He may not be able-bodied in battle, but he is in the mind, which is fine. Sultans like Ahmed had commanders to fight for them in battle. If Cihangir survived and ascended, he'd be a great ruler with his intellect.. he would have viziers lead his army anyway

There's so much to why she was ready to drink poison besides 'being weak'. Anyway it's a deeply insensitive thing to say about someone with deep trauma and mental health problems.
@@hurremsultanas in my opinion there is not! she could fight but she couldn't handle even one night wirhout her wish to be with suleyman while mahidevran was always alone. She was obssesed and I hate the fact that at so many moments she put sultan before her childeren
@@Asal-l7b I think that's an incredibly uncharitable reading of her psychology. You have to bear in mind that she's deeply traumatised, grieving, isolated, alone and mentally in an incredibly dark place. And you could say similar things about Mahidevran but she always had the Dynasty to support her and people on her side and she didn't have the sheer volume of traumatic experiences that Hürrem had been through by this point. So you're comparing two different women in two different situations and it's really apples to oranges. It's implied a lot that Hürrem spends much of the show at least passively suicidal as a result of her trauma. So if anything she's incredibly strong for only actually making the attempt here. Not to mention that it seems like her thought process isn't that she's ignoring her children so much as 'if this is game over for me and my children I'd rather die than watch them die.' Which considering that the army and most of the Dynasty were on Mustafa's side and she was losing Süleyman's support seems to me like an understandable thought process. Especially for a woman who has already had to watch so many of the people she loves die.
Cihangir was the only one who was loved by everyone

@@oumaymaj4123 that’s so sad🥺
12:06 she was so proud seeing her son sitting on his father's throne, actually cihangir morally deserved it the most because he was the most sinless
There are no morals, ethics or values in the game of power
The most attractive creature of the show is Cihangir.

The boy playing cihangir is so adorable ❤❤❤
Where can i find that sad tune clip that plays when cihangir is on screen?
Luli (Hurrem’s Lullaby), a Ukrainian song.

Can anyone explain...why suleiman zoned out during sparring?
he saw Pargali… he remembered his only bestfriend/brother who betrayed him many times… the reason why he made the decision to execute him.
He could have been a great religious scholar. Maybe even as " huge " as my beloved Abu Bakr. Not in the cards.
I. So much like. Changiri because. Sometimes. He. Thoking. So cute and. Intelligent so clever😮😮😮
