Looks like he's wearing a wig. He sounds like Sneaky Pete, a harp player I used to have a duo with in Charleston SC (my stage name was Marc Villa at the time). I moved to the mountains and heard from Susie Summers Pete died recently, so unless this was shot 6 months or more back, wasn't him. Whoever, a great harp like this electrifies a song and performances and I'd love to hear more.
