Installing new bearings on the cooling/radiator fan for my 2010 Mercedes GL450 X164

DIY Source here's the bearings I used
"NTN 6000LLBC3/L627 Radial Ball Bearing, Sealed, 10mm Bore Diameter"
$9.95 each on ebay

Because I have the same problem just today 17Jul2019 in my GL550 2012 60k Miles.
I just want to recognize if this is a common factory issue or not.
