Hey there, great question. You're 100% right. I wish I specified this - I personally do not do AI voice calls. Also on an ethical level, I don't like idea of outbound AI calls without tight regulation (to avoid phishing, scams, etc.). With that being said, I think there's good use cases, specifically for inbound calls, such as: 1. customer service for handing basic requests (like sending an invoice as I showed in the video), 2. receptionist style AI agents that handle booking appointments with the sales team or picking up a call and routing it to someone else, etc Hope this helps! 3. personal assistant that helps manage your daily routine, etc Hope this helps!
Hey there, not as familiar with the laws outside of North America, but if done right, nothing I showed should be against the laws there, as long as you get people to opt in properly. I run a wedding agency that does DJ, photography, and videography across many cities. It's incredibly difficult to find the right talent, and we're always searching. This is in addition to sales staff, project managers, marketers, editors, etc.
