Icy, I also managed to finish around the 25,000 mark this time with my Altergeists and I can honestly say that the meta wasn't great. I mean it was better than Tachyon, but not by much and while your banlist predictions were good, there were some stuff that I particularly disagreed with and I'll explain why.
Overall though, great video. I enjoy watching these banlist predictions and while I personally won't make a banlist prediction video myself, I'll have a banlist reaction video instead when the banlist goes live so stay tuned for that, for my live reaction to the new June 2024 post World Championship Qualifiers banlist.
    BANNED:
    1. Heat Wave → I don't know if you forgot about Heat Wave, but me personally, I want Heat Wave banned because it's literally a sacky card that tells the person on the receiving end of it that they can't play the game. Look man, I'm all for floodgates but when a card says "you can't play the game," then it needs to go. Heat Wave is actually cancer in Battle Chronicle and I hope Konami addresses it.
    LIMIT ONE:
    1. Sky Scourge Invicil (Agree) → Honestly, Sky Scourge Invicil should definitely go to limit one because this card is promoting Imperial Order on legs, a banned card, and like you said in the video, Sky Scourge Invicil turns off so many decks that I think a limit one on it is fair. Limiting Sky Scourge Invicil to limit one would effectively remove it from Agent decks since it would then clash with Masterflare Hyperion, a card that's already on the limit one banlist.
    2. Summon Breaker (Disagree) → Yeah I get it, Summon Breaker is not fun to go against, but the issue isn't Summon Breaker, it's the skills enabling these floodgates from being played. Literally just nerf the skill and Summon Breaker automatically becomes an innate brick. Plus, Summon Breaker is healthy for the game in the sense that it checks broken combo decks from going too out of control and getting rid of it with a limit one would mean cancerous combo decks like Shiranui become stronger and I believe that's something Konami wants to avoid if possible. I don't want to watch my opponent playing Solitaire for 40 minutes and if Summon Breaker were to get hit, like I said, these cancer combo decks would come back in full swing and that's no fun for anyone. Leave Summon Breaker alone, it's fine. Just nerf the Agent skill and that's it.
    3. Man-Thro' Tro' (Disagree) → I highly doubt this card is getting hit, but it would be funny if it did because the FTK variant for Agents is nothing more than a gimmicky meme. It's not a very good FTK, but it's still unfun getting hit by it. Once Agents are hit by the banlist, the FTK dies with it, simple. There's no reason to limit one Man-Thro' Tro' for no reason.
    4. Phantom Knights (Agree) → Phantom Knights should definitely get Evilswarm Ophion and The Phantom Knights' Rank-Up-Magic Launch hit to one so they can't cheat out Ophion anymore. It does suck that Evilswarm decks won't have access to Allure of Darkness anymore to dig for their Crackdowns, but it is what it is. Evilswarm is not a good deck anyway and I'm sorry to the three Evilswarm players in the Evilswarm community, but Ophion needs to go back to limit one due to the Phantom Knight crimes.
    LIMIT TWO:
    1. Dragon Spirit of White (Agree) → Blue-Eyes White Dragon decks don't really play limit two cards and hitting Dragon Spirit of White to two seems fair to me. A limit two on Dragon Spirit of White would also not make the free Blue-Eyes structure deck unplayable so it's fine, go ahead and limit Dragon Spirit of White to two to give Blue-Eyes decks less backrow removal and make them more prone to backrow.
    LIMIT THREE:
    1. The Melody of Awakening Dragon (Agree) → Yeah, this card needs to go back to limit three to hit both Battle Chronicle and Blue-Eyes White Dragon, but the problem is that Melody is included in the free Blue-Eyes structure deck so I don't see a world where Konami hits this card to limit three or else the free Blue-Eyes structure deck would be unplayable. The only way Melody goes to limit three is if Konami wants to be bold and remove Floodgate Trap Hole off limit three, but I doubt it since Floodgate Trap Hole is a cringe trap that nobody liked getting hit by back in the day.
    2. Artifact Lancea (Disagree) → Just because you don't like Lancea doesn't mean it should be limited. You do realize that Artifact Lancea is what's keeping broken decks from going out of control right now, right? If you're playing a deck that gets FTK'ed to Lancea, then you need to accept that your deck loses to Lancea and either play a better deck or just take the L and move on. Hitting Lancea to limit three would result in a metagame where Phantom Knights would reign as tier one again since Lancea wouldn't be as prevalent to stop them. Leave Lancea alone, it's fine unlimited, and once Agents are hit, Lancea will just phase out of the metagame again.
    3. Dark Hole (Disagree) and Needle Ceiling (Disagree) → I'm putting these two together because they're basically the same thing. Look Icy, I don't really care if you got sacked to Dark Hole and Needle Ceiling, but putting both of these to limit three would leave Trickstars and Salamangreats with no clear win-con and that's something I don't want to see happening. In the case of Trickstars, all of their boss monsters are vanillas so they literally need a guaranteed board wipe to sack games and that's fine because Trickstars are a balanced deck that doesn't do anything unfair. Salamangreats are currently not good, but hey, they need the board wipe too in order to outgrind and secure games. Hitting these board breakers to limit three just because you personally don't like them is a bad take, not gonna lie, and you have to be cognizant and think of other decks that may suffer collateral damage if you hit their only win-con like Trickstars and Salamangreats.
    4. Shiranui Style Samsara (Agree) → I mean sure, I can see why you would want this thing hit to limit three so it conflicts with Shiranui Solitaire, but let's not kid ourselves here, Shiranui is not getting hit because it was barely even played during the World Qualifiers. Plus, shocker, Shiranui is another deck that gets FTK'ed to Lancea and you just have to suck it up and accept it. Once Lancea phases out of the meta, I can see Shiranui coming back, and I think the most fair hit here would be to put Samsara to limit two so it clashes with Gold Sarcophagus. However, in terms of this banlist specifically for the June 2024 World Championship Qualifiers, Shiranui is not getting touched and that's that.
    SKILL CHANGES:
    1. Shadow-Weaving Power (Disagree) → Again, hitting a deck or a skill just because you personally don't like it is not good game balance or good game design. I personally think Shaddolls are fine, the deck isn't doing anything unfair, and El Shaddoll Winda is their only win-con. They want to out-grind the opponent and stop them from making plays, plus it's not like El Shaddoll Winda is that hard to get rid of. Shadow-Weaving Power is fine as is, no nerfs are warranted for this skill. How many Shaddoll players hurt you to the point where you want to see Shadow-Weaving Power getting nerfed to where they can't recycle Winda? That seems a bit unfair to me.
    2. Tuning in the Sky (Agree) → I've said this before, but hitting the cards in Agent decks isn't good enough since the skill is so over-tuned and gives them 100% consistency. I don't know how they can go about it, but I'm all for Tuning in the Sky getting weakened in a way to bring Agents down a peg. Konami has always been pretty good with skill adjustments so I hope they come through for us by nerfing Tuning in the Sky to make Agents a lot more fair to play against.

Yeah I completely forgot about heat wave agree it should be banned dark hole and needle I'd be fine with being off limit 3 as well but wouldn't be surprised if they got hit I would like shadols to have winda not be there only win con they just got new support and don't think anyone is playing it

ophion to 1 means PK is dead.
If you play PK, you can see that it has no turn 1 plays besides ophion.
And even that can be dismantled pretty easily compared to agents turn 1

Lancea is such a pain in the ass, but it does keep some decks in check. I would still love to see it go though!
