Dear aiman generally there is no problem because more than one plasmid co exist with same or different copy number in nature BUT In RDT when we talk about transformants. Double transformation with plasmid vectors other than desired clone can cause trouble in transformants isolation and results.So in that case different selection procedures are performed to remove double transformants.
