Mam i want to know about limitation of Ti plasmid

1.Ti plasmid does not replicate it E.Coli.
2.Large size (200- 800 kb)
3. Can not be used to transform monocot plants eg rice, corn.
4Ti plasmid can only manipulate plant nuclear gene, can not be used for genes present in cell organelle eg. Male sterility
4.Phytohormnone gene ( auxin and cytokinin) prevents regeneration of transformed cells into mature plants
5. Opine synthesis gene in Ti plasmid diverts plant resources into opine production.
