- How to do the Medical predator room and perform Dr. Skip. This skips going down the three wings of Medical to save the doctors as well as the elevator ride down to Scarecrow 1. The glide into the Scarecrow loading zone typically takes some practice, so don't get discouraged.

Also I didn't knew that there was a "bubble" zone down the elevator that triggered the cutscene. I'm not a professional game designer but i always assume it was the elevator that triggered the cutscene.
I'm not a professional game designer either but i always assume that was the case too. I thought the trigger zone/bubble was triggered solely by the lift by some means

Every time i do this theres like a invisible wall
When you drop down to the vent you land on the invisible floor just above it? If so, you're probably taking slightly to long to reach vent and the geometry gets loaded in. Try to keep the glide fairly tight to the left wall and drop out of your glide shortly after turning the final corner.
Im using console. I hit the trigger, see the loading symbol in the corner and i just keep falling
Sorry, I'm not too familiar with the console specifics. As far as I'm aware this skip is possible on consoles though. Look up a run on the console you use and see how they do it.
@Nivlak nvm. I got it about a week ago not only that but not long after I tried another run and got the skip in only about 12 attempts
For me I just collide with the wall and don't go out of bounds. I am playing on steam. I end up crouching on the lamp at the corner across from the weak wall. Help would be appreciated.
Will you clip through the wall even if you have already beaten the game? I'm practicing on a completed file, so that might be the problem? I still think I should clip through, right?
@@adamnielson42 Nah, playing on a completed file doesn't matter. It sounds like your game is running at the 60fps default. For most zips in the Any% run to work you'll have to change it to 30fps. There's a guide on how to do that here: www.speedrun.com/arkhamasylum/guide/7qhmv
