Really good video, easy to follow. We bought a used non running 95 Club Car DS gas that looks just like this. We tuned it up..new FP, Carb, lines & hoses, filters, oil chg, cleaned out gas tank. It ran for awhile then quit again. Put 2 more FP's on it thinking it wasn't getting gas. It would run for a few miles with no problems then quit again! I called a local repair shop and was told it sounded like a battery problem. I was looking for the correct battery for it when I saw your video. I will subscribe to your channel for future reference.
You stated that the NAPA battery was not your preferred battery. What brand do you like? Can you tell us how well the dump bed actuator is working on your cart now that you have had it a year?
question why don't you pressure wash the carts before you work on them? or at least after so that the carts are better looking and clean and customer gets a clean cart on delivery? most carts seem to be very dirty when they come in.....
That's up to the customer. Some carts have a lot of aftermarket electronics on them. Sometimes getting a cart wet can cause more problems. Its always best to start with a cart that has not been touched and diagnose it from there. If you get something wet that is failing, you can give yourself more problems before you even start.
Hello Kevin, I am kind of confused as to what year our golf cart is, due to we bought 2nd hand... Although I was told it would be thru the serial number so mine starts with AGO152- then 6# at the end.... ? I have a club car ds just need help on the year for part references
Dry helpful video as I needed help accessing the battery in our 1993 Club DS.
Nice job Kevin.

Nice work and video. I love those all aluminum frames that club cars have.
Light and strong.
Use a solar battery tender put on roof
I offered this option to the customer. These carts are in a heavily wooded community and this wouldn't be practical for the cost.
Another great video. What is the part number on the fuel filters you use.
Thank you

I use Crown Batteries. The dump bed is working well still.
