kind sir, i suggest you to cook the rice in a boiling pot of salted water just like pasta. It needs to 80% done. The roasted chicken looks great but theres something fundamentally wrong with the frying of onions, they turned a little dark. You can try using a madonline to slice the onions if they are improper. The frying of spices, onions and tomatoes is a bit messy aswell as theres a specific way to temper them. Lastly the layering that you did was the opposite of what its supposed to be. Less cooked rice at the very bottom, then, then the gravy with chicken, rice, big chicken pieces, almost cooked rice and then the fried onion and saffron milk. Overall, the final plate looks delicious tho~
