Very properly explained, as many of us here know, regular diag tools (i had autologic) are difficult to navigate for these, so analog reset is required. Mercedes almost always has a different combination between chassis to reset service intervals, thanks a bunch!

Thanks a ton. …but for my US made 2011 ML350 you need to hold down the scroll button (left lower button on yours or the left button at 3 o’clock on mine) while you push the R button three times. Everything else is the same. Others may have this issue.

I just changed my thermostat in my 2011 GL450 and my engine light is still on... I’ve got a cheap scanner and can’t get the engine light off? My first Benz... do you need a special scanner or does the door have to be closed to turn engine light off? Now I’ll tell you this the engine light is only showing when I turn the engine on? Engine light doesn’t come on without the engine being turned on? Thanks

you should clarify that in order for "R - R- R" button to show Voltage,
first the screen must show mileage information, not some other info.

What is service c? I haven't found anything on it. I bought the car used and the message was already on. I took in for oil change and checks but they didn't reset the message. I want to make sure everything is addressed before I clear the message.
