If not, it's ok, since rimuru and ramiris' had never really intended the labyrinth to be fully conquered and zegion is their intended last boss of the labyrinth. Why, well, for one veldora is actually rimuru's sworn brother(and would later be revealed fellow true dragon),while kumara is actually a pet of rimuru, which is why kumara is very spoiled to the point rimuru named all her summons.plus,kumara's floor is more suited as a very pleasant and enjoyable residence for kumara...
