Being in that profession, do you ever worry about Liver enzymes going up?? Real chance of getting NAFLD--INCREASE in one's tryclyerdes??
Do you mean people's liver enzymes going up in general or if I worry about mine? I don't worry about mine since I eat healthy and do annual blood tests to make sure that everything's fine :)
@@NutritionByMichaela alot research states that heavy fruit consumption can infact raise enzymes!! Just wondering what your take is
@@donleonhart274 I have personally not read any recent studies, but in studies I have looked at in the past, it only seemed to be a problem in people who already had problems with their liver, not in healthy individuals
