To set axle straight i mono leaf the truck then drop it down on ground. Then tack weld a bar from axle to step notch then drop the leafs and weld in fourlink. Easy peasy
I have a 92 dually obs running the 3 link kit with upper bridge and triple bellow semi truck bags, how do I find my half travel. Do it put the wheels I ll be running and let the frame sit on read end then weld everything in ?
No side to side with a 3 link. You can do it but it has the potential to break the bolt in the front of the wishbone. You need a 4 link for proper side to side
I hand build my 4 links. I don’t know of anyone that sales a kit. To keep gas tank in stock location you will need a parallel 4 link and watts link. If the tank is not going to be in stock location then you can do a triangle 4 link.
Thanks for watching. I promise I have lots more coming. I’m still trying to figure it all out as far as the channel goes. We have some really cool builds coming up and lots of knowledge to pass along.
I've probably watched this 100 times. Thanks for making the video!! It's helped me so much!!
Very welcome glad it helped. Please subscribe if you haven’t and stay tuned
