VERY EASY METHOD. ONE DOUBT. AFTER PLACING SEEDS AND SPRAY WATERING, THE THERMOCOLE LID IS COVERED AND THE BOX IS PLACED WHERE MORNING 2 HOURS SUNLIGHT WILL COME. BEING INSIDE THE THERMOCOLE NO SUNLIGHT WILL GO INSIDE NOR THE OUTSIDE TEMPERATURE WILL MAKE INSIDE ANY DIFFERENCE. KINDLY ELUCIDATE. WILL IT BE BETTER TO KEEP IN MORNING SUN WITH LID OPENED. PL ADVISE
Shade is best for trees and plants more harsh sunlight would not help it germinate. Roots grow in darkness that is the reason roots are naturally grown in land where no sunlight is there

Hi dear one. I have tried many methods including This method. In every method I had a very soon and fresh germination. But, after growing plant about ten cent, suddenly it started to decay and die. I did not overwater it. also I did not expose it to the severe sunlight. what should I do??????
It has to be the sun part, I read an article about the tree, here is it. “Golden-Shower should be grown in full sun on well-drained soil. The trees are moderately drought- and salt-tolerant. Although Golden-Shower is damaged by temperatures falling slightly below freezing, it will come back with warmer weather.”
Thanks for your comments. Kindly advise how many years would it take to give blooms once planted in 20 inch pot or in ground. Also is it possible to make a bonsai of Amaltas as a blooming bonsai would look extremely beautiful if placed inside house for few days and then moved out into the sun.
Amaltas tree is a slow growing tree that sheds its leaves every 9-10 months. It may require 8-9 years before first flowering and pod production. And making a bonsai of Amaltas is a good idea 🌳
@@SproutingSeeds Could climate affect the growth and blooming? I live in a semi-tropical climate and my town planted several of these trees when they were less than a foot high on my street 4 years ago. They have never lost their leaves, and this year (barely 4 years) they are all loaded with flowers!

I planted about 40 Apple Blossom Cassia seeds I have 2 seeds that popped maybe one more is coming.. If I let the seed pod dry for a long time will just the apple Like seed pop out. When I just did it opened the pod with a hammer and Opened the second seed pod with a hammer to get the apple like seeds
Yeah you put 15 seeds and you got only 1 seed germinate. Can you show us a better way to germinates than you just did it.
Yes, only 1 seed germinated then. But now I got 3 more seeds germinated. The reason is that I scratched one seed before soaking it in water, which boosted it's germination. Other seeds are also germinating but taking too long.
So that's the reason. Sorry dont mind too much of my comment. We r the beginners and we expect so much from pro. That's all.👍

there is a better and efficient way to germinated seeds. I've done this. just use wet tissue papèr and sandwich the seeds and put them in a flat tupperware. Also dont forget to scratch or clip the tip of the seed and soak them for atleast a day. trust me I already have 9 fire trees and 8 golden shower trees ready for planting.
@@hoopman05 You can also put hot water in a container, put the seeds and let them stay there for 24 hrs before moving them to a wet tissue paper. I have noticed that I get a very low success rate when I scratch the seeds.

Several seeds you planted, why only one see grow, what happened to the other seeds in the same container.
Their germination ration wasn't good. I think the reason was that, I didn't scratched the seeds before soaking.
So it is October where I am and I see the green pods hanging. So I need to wait until the pod hardens and is wood like before harvesting the seeds to sprout? Thank you for any info you can give.

Yes you can grow it in pot. Lekin ye bohat bara darakht banta hai is lye isko zameen main he lagana behtar hai.
Its very tough to grow Amaltas seedlings! Last year, we had only one grown but that too died later!

do you keep them directly under the sun or just indirect lighting?
Keep the container indoor until the germination of seeds. Then put them under a semi shaded area until they grow plenty of new leaves.

No, All the seeds sprouted one by one. But the one i scratched sprouted quicker than other seeds.

After watering them do you close the lid on them? And will you plant them in the grounds after they grow?
Yes closed the lid to create humidity inside the box for the seed to germinate faster.
I still have it in a pot. And it is ready to be planted in the ground.
