I made again foamy milk today but I heat it to around 60-70 (without thermometre). I know milk is more foamy just by heating it too much. I made too many egg milk taste to my cereals too often before so I know how it behave when its evaporates. I don't make more than two teaspoons of coffee. I use filter to make around 1/4 of normal size cup and making same thing to prepare milk. I did actually two times today and after seeing first result I changed it and took out foam from milk after beating it in glass. Result was really tasty. Better than in automatical coffee nmachines (cappuccino, latte etc). I added a little of brown sugar and got tasty effect. I had to try it out, because I really like cappuccino but my espresso machine got problem with pumping water. I tried to open espresso but it actually gone worse, because E company made one screw that isn't even philips's one or volvo's. I saw I can pump water to pipe but they are not going to up but bottom where is this screw you can't unscrew without screw driver that matches -|- this pattern.
I feel like I lose so much time to clean everything after making cappuccino with none espresso machine method but it is worth it, if you are starving so much.
