    to many different storylines at odds with each other, I mean how many ultimate weapons can you have, and how can sealed pods infect the ships that launched them, and a DNA specific disease, would be targeted

    Now that said, the core of your story is excellent. I just hate obvious mistakes.

      @@michaelpettersson4919 Yes. it is called a hallcination.
      It seems that sometimes it happens because there are so many AI bots out there, they learn incorrect information from each other and....they don;t know how to assess what they are receiving.
      So twenty idiots in a room eventually agree that something is true.
      I hope this clarifies the state of AI.
