Those pancakes are truly legendary, especially when they wrap it around a runny egg with spicy seasoning on top. They can taste quite different though depending on the location and vendor.

Oh my goodness. This video makes me miss all the great Taiwanese food from my time in Taichung. MRT wasn't open back then.
謝謝帥倫帶我們去吃美食，這五項都是很傳統的臺灣小吃；
但是，由帥倫介紹之後，發現可以由不同的視角去品嚐它；
蔥油餅有了新吃法，感覺變油條，水餃加酸辣湯也變新品；
豬頭皮口感就像肥膩的培根一樣，仙草豆花也可當奶油棟；

第一間烏日的早餐店因為朋友老家在那，吃過幾次，雖然沒吃過包蛋的品項，半煎炸蔥油餅蠻不錯的，
他們賣的高麗菜水煎包也是令人印象深刻的鮮"脆"，冰的豆米漿就放在家用冰箱裡(那時候啦，好幾年沒去了)，
在拿的時候好像在偷開別人家冰箱，還蠻有趣的。
艾倫在台灣住久了，都知道要去哪裡吃美食，台中的美食太多了，中華路夜市和中正路口有一個快手炒麵晚上6點以後才有賣，他們的炒麵和肉羹湯都很好吃，炒米粉和炒飯，都很有古早味，艾倫住台中，有空可以去吃看看！
