台北的三元號滷肉飯
基隆廟口光復魯肉飯和阿媽的魯肉飯
每一間都有獨特的配方，隨然看起來簡單，吃起來卻不簡單
在北部叫滷肉飯，上面有肉的是控肉飯。
而南部叫肉燥飯，上面有肉的是滷肉飯。
非常能代表台灣的傳統美食!!!
台灣的平民美食中，真的是以魯肉飯為代表做，它的配菜很簡單，味道平凡，
但當肚子餓時，它卻是最讓人先想起且便宜的美食。
當一碗飯能做到極致時，它就不再平凡，但價格依舊親民
台中市政府觀光旅遊局和經發局局長，應該讚助Allen。這影片對台中市商業發展有很多幫助！

Very nicely done! I live in Taichung near the US military base as a child in the 70s. I remember how much I enjoyed street foods back then. Can't wait for a visit in the near future.

住台中的人真有福氣.
但看到最後一家，Allen 的臉似乎變胖起來了，魯肉飯還是不能吃太多！
魯肉飯要好吃真的不簡單，入口即化又不膩口真的很難。且 每家都做的不一樣真的可以滿足每個人的喜好。
小初店的主廚，可能也是老闆，口才實在非常好👍

I have to say that I really envy you. I was born and raised in Taiwan, but I left my home country for a long time more about 30 years. I cannot get Taiwan foods easily in my town where I live currently. I miss 魯肉飯 so much. Anyway thanks for sharing such a yummy video. I felt like I've had 魯肉飯 with you . 😋

在台灣要找到不好吃而且還在營業中的魯肉飯真的滿難的,萬和宮阿有麵店對面的廖家魯肉飯就也不錯吃了!!
魯肉飯大致上分成二大類,粘的和不粘的,也就是膠質!! 然後再分清淡的還是重口味的!!
而且上面一定要有一顆半熟荷包蛋!! 這才叫一個完美
看來英國叔叔真的是很喜歡台灣的美食和文化,也很感謝可以通過貴頻道向全世界介紹台灣的美食!!

香菇滷肉飯＋1，夏天吃比較不油膩，但飯要煮硬一點，才能粒粒分明～ 😉
台中的滷肉飯控肉販腿庫飯臭豆腐都有很多好吃的店，有些店的魚皮湯也做的超好
梅亭街上的“隨意麵店”滷肉飯是我在台中吃過難得好吃的。
一碗35元還加半顆魯蛋，香噴噴的CP值很高💯

台中的滷肉飯我吃財神爺滷肉飯，一定要加一個半熟荷包蛋。或是第二市場的李海魯肉飯加一碗竹筍湯！不過李海魯肉飯，嚴格來說應該是爌肉飯。
滷肉飯真的可以連續吃一個禮拜啊！

The first restaurant is currently only mentioned in the guide, no Bib gourmand (or even star) and it can be looked up on the official Michelin guide website 👍
Btw being mentioned is like a recommendation and the food is therefore not rated actually, but not every place is listed on the website so the food needs to be at least good 🥰

對我而言 滷肉飯如果不太甜有點蔥酥香 搭配鮮脆小黃瓜切片 辣筍 滷嫩豆腐 醬香滷蛋 一碗好喝不勾芡的湯 就是一頓絕佳美食！
