    I have a 35 HP tractor so I bought the seven foot rake.

      I’m sure it will handle it with no problem. I already had my 6 ft rake before I got this tractor. Thanks for checking out the video and commenting.

    The lovely power company giving you the opportunity for another video

      Exactly. They cut it and then forgot to come back to do the cleanup. I finally had to call them and then you see what they left me with. I think I would have been better off just to do the entire cleanup myself. But anyway, like you said it did give me some content for a video. Thanks for watching and commenting.

    What brand grappler?

      Construction Attachments made in Lenoir, NC. Really heavy duty well made. Here is link to their website. Thanks for watching.

    👍😊 Nice job!! I noticed that you are missing your camera man. You went old school like me!😂 Definitely more challenging. I’ve thought about a rake, but my little straw/ twinge one works fine. That grapple is a beast! Merry Christmas 🇺🇸🚜🍺

      Yes, camera man is in the middle of house addition and remodel, so he has been pretty busy. You are correct, definitely more of a challenge on the video. Not my strong point at all. I’ll stick with seat time on the tractor any day. The rake and grapple fo make a great combo for brush cleanup. Thanks for watching and Merry Christmas.

    What brand is the landscape rake?

      Good question. I wish I could tell you. Can't find any tags or nameplates on it. I do know it's a older model, maybe early 2000's, well made and heavy duty. It was originally red. Thanks for checking out the video and commenting.

    You are a good operator Jeff. Nice job. I’m looking at a Kioti with grapple and tiller. Moving to southern MO. Hilly with lots of trees and brush. Working with a dealer in West Plains.
    Wondering how you like the double cylinder grapple? They carry a single root grapple.

      I really love the Kioti and grapple. The dual cylinder works great, especially if you are grabbing something that is uneven. I think it is better at holding on to something the way the cylinders work independently. Also have a 5 ft tiller that works great. Good luck on your move and tractor purchase. Thanks for watching and the positive feedback.

    Everytime they mulch my 10ply tires end up flat. Mesquite trees have hard thorns and these trees cover most of south texas. I like these tractors just don't got the $.

      I know what you mean. I’m lucky I didn’t get a flat doing this cleanup. I should have just told them to leave the limbs and I would clean up. Thanks for watching and commenting.

      @@backyardcountrylivin1514 Did you add the rear hydraulic top link valves or was it already included on your tractor. I visited Kioti exactly 1 year ago and they only had the Ck2610s but none had extra features. I've seen a few of your other videos as well as other channels and the Kiotis seem like well built machines.

    • @backyardcountrylivin1514
      @backyardcountrylivin1514  ปีที่แล้ว

      The rear hydraulic valves comes as standard equipment on the “SE” models. I did have to get the 3rd function kit for the front hydraulic connection added at the dealer to use with the grapple. So far I have been very pleased and impressed with the Kioti. The lift capacity of the loader is really good (1835 lbs) at the pins for that size tractor. It is a real workhorse.

    Thanks for the great video. I'm considering purchasing rake to see if it can take rocks off the surface of our new land... Hopefully the whole dang surface isn't rocks though. Ha Ha. Happy Holidays and keep up the Kioti and Attachment vids.

      I think a rake would do a good job on the rocks. Happy Holidays to you as well and thanks for watching and commenting.

    So they just come in and leave a bunch of stuff on your property? That's crazy. Ours just came through and weed whacked all around the polls, but at least they had the decency to also blow it all out and leave the areas cleaner than they found it. I do wish I had a grapple. We bought an old tree farm and more than half the trees need to come down. They left everything planted yhat should've been harvested 10 to 20 years ago, so now it looks like a creepy forest, lol. More chainsaw work than I'd like, but plenty of firewood.

    • @backyardcountrylivin1514
      @backyardcountrylivin1514  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, they left me a nice mess. Fortunately with the Kioti and grapple it has made the clean up not too bad. I have been able to salvage some good firewood out of it for our fire pit. Thanks for checking it out.
