NUTELLA DACQUOISE [COOKING ASMR]

  • Hi everyone ! Today I made DACQUOISE.
    DACQUOISE is a famous French cookie,
    soft inside, and crunchy outside which is really good taste cookie.
    Valentine's coming, so it will be nice to present this as a gift.
    It's a NUTELLA DACQUOISE with Nutella in.
    If you don't have dacquoise pan, you can put it into bakery bag and make your own shape!
    ▶ ingredient
    -dacquoise
    120g egg whites
    40g sugar
    20g cake flour
    70g almond powder
    50g powdered sugar
    15g cocoa powder
    powdered sugar
    -nutella buttercream
    100g butter
    30g powdered sugar
    2 tablespoons nutella
    nutella
    ▷ bake at 356℉ for 12min

    다쿠아즈 반죽을 다 짜고 오븐에 굽는데 오븐에 다 굽지 못하면 남은 반죽들을 그냥 실내에 놔두면 되나요 ...?

    버터를 섞은 누텔라필링과 그냥 누텔라필링은 어떤 차이가 있나요??

      버터 + 누텔라로 겉에 짜고 안에 그냥 누텔라 넣는게 보관하기나, 맛이나,, 선물하기 더 좋아요
