It was pretty hard indeed. However I didnt finish it eventually becasue it got boring near the middle. Also because it's Tom and Jerry MOVIE, instead of classic Tom and Jerry the way I hoped.
This game was a big part of my childhood played it when I was like 7..it was on one of these 30 in 1 cartridges and it had no music which made it kinda depressing but addictive nonetheless
i only made it to the third or forth level on this game as a kid. it was such a pain to play. i think some of the main issues was the character was too far over on the screen when moving foward and didnt give alot of time to react oncoming enemies. the other issues was life was difficult to earn back unless you could find the large fish/cheese. other that that it was fun. just flawed

I had it other way around. This game tend to be hard, while Aladin was not too hard to beat. Except for the Lava cave and Lava chase. Thsoe were hardest. Jafar palace was less hard then lava cave.

This game is not rewarding and sound effect is torture, requires you to memorize the layout and frustrating and platforms are loaded with levels, This game falls apart is the gameplay
Worst Gameplay is about 2 player mode, no invisible walls... It's frustrating and very little award, Sounds are bad. SNES Tom and Jerry is good and has alot of bosses, and valuable.

There are cheats you can use to make the game much easier like being invincible and stopping the clock so you're not timed.

I had this game for my Genesis and I hated it. There's no checkpoints! I prefer the Tom and Jerry cartoons and movies over the video games.
