Amazing ladies I love your enchilada sauce. The only thing I changed was the chicken. I cooked the chicken with onions, tomatoes, and cilantro with a little Better then Bouillon base for better chicken flavor from just boiled chicken. Then I rolled normally and they came out out of this world. Thank you and keep on cooking ;Love Y'all

I want to make my own chili powder now! Do you remember my Colorado story? Well anyway after that I went to Alaska and I lived in the dorms while I was in the university. One of my dorm mates was from New Mexico and he would get packages of ground chili powder from his family in New Mexico, and of course I was happy, because he would make family sized meals where I could partake! Yummy!
I should add, i love your heavy base, cast iron pans. I want to invest in one of those, as i notice the heat distribution is excellent & they cook so well. I have heard the frying & browning is King, plus, the flavours of the food are really amplified too. I'll order one from the US & so far as cleaning the pan, i know how to, as i've watched a few "How to do" videos. Listening to the sounds of the food cooking is just so good & really adds to the entire process/experience. It also makes me so hungry!😄Just as well, that i've already eaten my delicious dinner!
