I just wanted to tell you- these vlogs have inspired me to get out and explore. I live in Indiana USA and I’m near Lake Michigan, but I have never made it to the lakeshore. I decided spontaneously to take a beach trip with my kids the other day! It was very cold and windy but we had SO much fun. We found the cutest little town with a lovely local coffee shop, and we found crabs and dug in the sand. In the spirit of Devon Bumpkin. I didn’t get a pint but I did cheers you with a latte. 😘
Fun fact: At 17:46 the inscription in this building is Ancient Greek and says: ''Άριστον μεν ύδωρ'' which means ''There is nothing more valuable than water''. This is from a poem called ''Ὀλυμπιονίκαις'' (Olympians) written by Pindar, an ancient Greek lyric poet. This poem was an ode written to commemorate athletic victories, of a winner in horse racing called Ιέρωνας (Ieron) to be exact. Aaaand that's the end of the lesson for today 😂 I love these vlogs, I love you so much for doing this my darling!! 💓💓💓
I’m only 20 minutes in and I am honestly in awe of how gorgeous this place is. I know travel vlogging isn’t the main focus of your channel but I look forward to them so much. Your vlogs are just so cozy. The cinematography is always amazing and your choice of music is always on point. I love how your vlogs don’t come off influencer-y( I know that’s not a word lol) but more like I am watching a friend's travel adventures.
Starting this vlog series is probably one of the best decisions you've made! I am in love with this series and you always edit them so beautifully. It always feels like I am right there with you on a little weekend getaway. I always seem to go through so many emotions. One moment I am laughing at your jokes and the next moment I'm weeping at the stunning views and rich history of these places. Every one of these vlogs is a wonderful journey. 🥰
OMG, everything is absolutely gorgeous. I was floored with how that church looks and btw the word you were looking for was a pedometer lol. I'm so happy that your now comfortable with vlogging in public x
Jesus Aden - you have so much natural talent for this it's insane 😍 The way you curate your entire travel experience to be so ridiculously funny AND gorgeous to watch is really incredible. Every one of these vlogs makes me feel like I'm right there without fail. Amazing storytelling, from the commentary, the drone shots, music, making fun of the str8 men... all of it. These have easily become my fave videos to watch, every time! And you have inspired me to travel you cheeky buggar, I'm off to the Netherlands in a few days for a solo trip to an Arts Festival I've wanted to go to for years... and I finally took the plunge. So that's all your fault love 🥰 thanks for being an inspiring lil SHET 💖 So much love for you and this series xoxo
Thank you my darling! Doing this has just gave me the massive inspiration burst I needed for my channel, so I'm glad you're loving them as much as I am making them
the vlogs are SO GOOD! as an American it’s so enchanting to watch you tour around England and seeing all of the sites!!! I’m so glad you get to share your adventures with us ❤️
FLAWLESS. He’s back 🤎 Aden please don’t ever stop the Vlogs. A pure natural. 🍃 also thank you for building one of the BEST communities, such a lovely bunch and we support you in every step you make xoxo
I’ve never been a travel vlog fan, but these videos have become my comfort. They’re so laid back I genuinely feel like I’m just hanging out with a good friend! And I especially love seeing places that aren’t so typical - I would never have seen Cornwall’s pretty towns or Bath if it wasn’t for this. Thanks for all the work ❤️
The first thing I want to say Aiden is blue is absolutely an adorable dog. I love him to death. The scenery there in bath is absolutely beautiful. Thank you for sharing our Journeys with us
I love this so much! My husband makes me wait to watch these with him now because he loves your vlogs too, but I secretly watch it when he's at work and then pretend I'm watching it for the first time later with him. Lol 🤣 Thank you for sharing your travels! Can't wait for the next one. ❤
I love doing solo travel. When I first got to college, I spent my first week exploring the city alone! I’m not shy or socially anxious, but being alone can be pleasant.
As usual, the UK is absolutely stunning. Seeing even more UA flags around was yet again very heartwarming. Thankful 💙Looking forward to a new vlog! Hope it's a quaint oceanside village again, can't get enough of those. Also, solo travel is soooo great. You go wherever you want, do whatever you want without coordinating your actions with anyone, you can grab a cheeky drink or a bite whenever you want and don't have to hear "I'm not hungry" or "It's expensive, let's eat at home" and such from any traveling companion. But the best part is, when you discover something cool on your own, without being brought there with a tour or something, it feels sooo rewarding. To me, it feels like it's just you and the location you are at, and the world kind of falls behind giving you two a moment ✨ It's really magical. So yeah, everyone should totally go somewhere by themselves! Just make sure to pick the low seasons when there aren't many tourists around. It's also great to set out bright and early since most touristy places usually get crowded at about midday. You don't have to go far too - there is probably something interesting to see in your vicinity.
This was genuinely the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen, especially the bath house! As a silly American whose never seen anything like this before, THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤️❤️❤️❤️
watching your vlog is like watching a whole great documentary. beautiful shots, minimal yet perfect editing, the color, the mood, the vibes. I love it so much! thank you for taking me to these amazing virtual journey. you are the best! xx
I’ll just be playing this on replay today during work. I adore how much you pause to appreciate beauty in your surroundings. Your energy is so inspiring. Thanks for the serotonin
Paused it at 17:45 because you could use a TON of Felixandre's CC to make that, he has exact windows and doors! I am in love, and I need to go to Bath!
I love the message at the end of this video! When I graduated college in 2011, I traveled alone to Korea to teach English and it was the best thing I ever did. I am grateful still over a decade later and still love to do things on my own even though I’m married and have a kid. It’s so important to be comfortable in your own company.
This vlog triggered a lot of positive feelings and memories from my own trip to England. I visited Bath briefly myself en route from Salisbury to Bristol and you have captured its beauty perfectly. I love your travelogues because they are so personal and relaxed. Thank you for showing us all these beautiful corners of your homeland. ❤️
Aww Blue starting off the vlog for us! Loved it all. Been to Bath once, and after watching this, I can't wait to visit again (when I'm in the UK next!) Edit: I've done a lot of solo travelling since I was 17. I love going off on my own and exploring new places. Very much agree with you on this. Love my friends and family, when we travel together too. But there's just something so exciting about travelling solo.
With the Bath Abbey, looking at the front, I really love the way they combined all the windows to make one large window. Marvelous workmanship, and absolutely gorgeous!!
Where I live and surrounding areas are run down, old steel towns that will never be productive again. Just walking around can put your life in danger... I enjoyed this vlog immensely. Your showing me some of the most beautiful scenery I have seen in a long time. I did my gallivanting in my younger years, now I'm just old and defenseless I love what you are doing. Please continue....much love.
Bath is one of the places that’s on top of my list to visit once I save some money up for a trip to Europe! Thank you so much for this series because it inspires me a lot. I love seeing a person who genuinely cares and gets stunned by the beauty of natural&historical places. It’s absolutely a pleasure to watch you explore places, you’ve a very soothing energy and it’s just what I need after a long day.🧡
Well look at this… time for another triple A. “Alcoholic, Adventure with Aiden”! And you know, I’m really here for it darling, yes! So you have your pint and I’ll have my wine and let us partake in the beauty of Bath!
Aden! lovely vlog! also, when you flew your drone in Bathwick Fields, right at the beginning there's a lovely house with a modern extension! I'd love to see that recreated in the Sims 😁
I’m so glad you went to Bath! Your joy brings us so much joy, and these vlogs keep the travel bug at bay. I went to Bath the summer before covid on a solo trip to escape my abusive boyfriend for a few days (he’s a thing of the past, I’m happy to say) and I found peace and freedom wandering through this city. With this video I feel like I’m back there, this time with a friend, reliving those happy memories ❤️
I have been watching your Bath vlog (not the vlog in THE bath, but the vlog IN Bath, haha!) over and over again as it is so relaxing and comforting to me. It fills my heart with peace and hygge in a time in my life where I most sorely need it. Your content is so soothing in general, but this vlog is _chef's kiss_ fantastic! Thanks for all your hard work, friend!
Your vlogs have just made me fall in love with England all over again. Great footage, please keep them coming. Can't wait to see where you off gallivanting next, as you put it. Just love your vlogs.
Bath is lovely!! I really love places with long histories and beautiful architecture!! Another success! You can see how much more comfortable you are getting with these vlogs and I am HERE for it!
OMG not Aden getting a bunch of excited lads in the vlog! hahahaha I was laughing so hard here! I love these vlogs so much. I always end up watching them in small parts throughout the day, but I still want to sit down on my couch one day and watch the entire thing like a movie. Thank you for making my day better. You are amazing and I love to see how far you've come on this journey.
I have read about Bath in so many of my historical romances and never in my wildest dreams did I ever imagine it being this beautiful. Thank you for taking us along with you.
I got teary eyed at seeing how beautiful that church was and I'm not even that religious. Just thinking about the love and devotion put into building that structure - being pregnant probably doesn't help with the emotions to be fair XD
Me again, I absolutely love Bath, have been twice and like you found the architecture so beautiful. The stone of the buildings give it such a warm hue too that felt like a big warm hug. Hopefully will get back there sometime soon.
Not me watching these vlogs and taking notes on where I want to visit. 🤣😇 This was stunning. I am in awe of it all and cannot wait until I have the means to travel there.
Yaaasss another chilled vlog. I used to get the train to bath for work for 8months a few years back and never got to see it so thank you for the tourist bits.
Thank you for these vlogs, they are like a little holiday at home for me. I love your country, so beautiful. I visited a long time ago (25years!) And Bath was one of my favourite places.
Hi. I LOVE you & your content! I absolutely love, love, love your vlogs! They are so serene & calming. I love how down to earth you are & I love your laugh. Thanks for ALL of the wonderful content & all the laughs! You're very handsome as well. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Bath looks absolutely beautiful. The buildings are fantastic. The abbey was stunning as were the baths. I live in a town called Bishop Auckland in Co. Durham. It's not to bad a place to live. We have a castle as well. I am disabled and use a scooter but still manage to get out and about with my daughter and our dog. There are plenty of places to walk her as well. Looking forward to the next vlog.
Another stunning vlog! When I first saw the exterior of the Abbey I thought to myself...Wow that reminds me of your Sims 4 Malfoy Manor build! Absolutely stunning! Thank you.😀
Thank you for bringing me along on your travels. I watched this whole video with a big smile on my face. You are just as talented in making travel vlogs as Sims content creations. You do inspire me. I’m going to be in Bath in 3 weeks from right now!
The airb'n'b is gorgeous! I knew as soon as you said 'taking the plunge' it would be the city known for it's spas and Roman baths. Hoping you might come to Glasgow - we have a cathedral, the Necropolis, museums, the Burrell collection and a few miles away from Glasgow there's Paisley Abbey. P.S. Not the Sims window glitch at 32.19 (jk).
I’m in love with your vlogs! My favourite thing to do is watch them with my morning coffee, they’re just so cosy and wonderful follow! Fun fact: We both love the same BrewDog flavour. 😉 Also, you would absolutely LOVE York. 💕 Stay amazing, you wonderful human!
Thank you so much for sharing! I love Bath, and was fortunate enough to visit a few years back. Can't wait to see what has changed since then. I stayed in the Abbey Hotel.
1 hour vlog #DiscoverWithDevon im so blessed... you're spoiling us Aden!! I'm so proud that new subscribers are discovering your channel starting from your travel vlogs although they also must not miss out other contents like sims haha. I would have never come across this city called Bath without you, introducing such beautiful places in uk. All the love from other side of the world xx
JEALOUS!! Bath has the BEST historical fashion museum in the world!! It's on my to do list when I get to the UK again!! So glad you had such a lovely time.
I can’t get enough of your vlog! Love the mood and tone, music, and everything you do with it since the first vlog! Please keep doing it Aden ❤️ (Ooh and can’t wait for you to explore Yorkshire too! 😆)
Im going to Paris for my 20th birthday soon and i am 100% taking inspiration from your vlogs.im not going to worry about planning too many activities and just explore, the way you do! Absolutely love these travel vlogs
Oh my gosh this trip was amazing!!! Definitely adding Bath to my bucket list. It’s so gorgeous. Absolutely loved it!! Thank you so much for the adventure 😊
I have been planning on traveling alone for while but life (and a pandemic) got in the way. But after the chaos and being near a breaking point honestly this vlog series were the final tiny push I needed to finally take time off and spend a couple days in a place about 2 hours away that I've never been. While await for that time to come I've been enjoying living vicariously through your vlogs. These vlogs are always a joy to watch, especially seeing the smaller towns, the architecture, and just the beautiful scenery. Was looking forward to seeing where you went to during the weekend and definitely didn't disappoint. Keep up the good work!
Sorry I've only just got to watch this bebes... lots of travelling over the past month. This is another fantastic VLOG - I love these so very much!!!! 🤍
Great tour, my husband and I will be going on ours hols next week, starting in Oxfordshire then to the Cotswolds and then finishing in Bath. I am a little nervous how busy the collage places will be as I live in the countryside of Norfolk and like you, we normally go to coastal areas. You have wonderful advice and you are so inspirational. Thank you for doing these blogs. You must visit Norfolk sometime. There is a lighthouse you can stay at in old Hunstanton, if your budget can stretch to it. I think it would be cool to stay in and design wise for the sims be great!. Take care :-)
The vlogs are absolutely amazing and bath is absolutely stunning. I'm visiting a place called Hebden Bridge at the weekend which is absolutely lovely and I haven't been since I was a child.
What a beautiful city! I love that you are so comfortable taking holidays and trips by yourself, it’s such a joy to experience things with yourself and your own company! Thank you for sharing!
Ah I loved this vlog! We are so lucky to have a creator that is bringing something new to the sims community and merging in your STUNNING builds with real life travel, it's fantastic! Your ahead of the game Aden, I'm looking forward to what the future holds
So nice to see Bath through your eyes, I fell in love with it as well when I went last year! I can't wait for you to come to Scotland 🖤 I hope you'll come to Edinburgh in one of your vlogs!
Thank you for sharing your trip to Bath with us. As an Australian, I love seeing these beautiful places in England. You just don't get that architecture here! If I was there with you, we would be doing a pub crawl, yes we would indeed, nothing like a pint of beer (or several) when you are out and about. I love travelling around and visiting places, it is a nourishment to the soul and makes you feel alive.
your vlogs are, honestly, my safe space on youtube. it just feels so cozy and i really feel like i'm out there exploring with you. about what you said at the end, i'm having a really tough time right now, with anxiety and depression, but your videos inspire me so much and allow me to relax for a moment. i can't travel right now because of money problems and the pandemic, but seeing this really gives me perspective, remembering that there's a whole world out there for me to explore. thank you so much for this!
I love the sneak peaks we get into your home in these videos. Like, I know you have good taste because I watch you decorate in the Sims so often, but genuinely, your home looks beautiful. Loving these blogs! Can't wait to see more! Edit: that's an interesting concept, to put an entrance on either side of the bed to the bedroom. It's a very functional use of space and it makes everything very cozy looking.
Bath was one of the top must dos on my list when planning our England/Scotland/France trip. I am a Regency lover and Bath (Jane Austen Centre 💖) hit the spot for me so much. Ive only gotten 10mins into your vlog before I felt compelled to squeal and comment 😊🙄🤷🏽♀️wish I was there with you too Aden, so badly. Miss the buildings, churches, castles, history etc of UK.
I'm so happy you've reached a point in your career where you get to do things like this. The joy is written all over your face and it warms my heart 💕
I am having the best time making these vlogs, so thank you!
I love this

I'm so glad I started them too, I can't wait to delve into more this year :)
Why do I find this so interesting when I have lived in Bath my whole life?
So nice to appreciate it from a new perspective!
OMG, everything is absolutely gorgeous. I was floored with how that church looks and btw the word you were looking for was a pedometer lol. I'm so happy that your now comfortable with vlogging in public x

Thank you my dear x
Thoughts--from this you should do a giant cathedral with CC, (I mean!) But also an apartment inspired by the air bnb would be great. ♡
As soon as My Wedding Stories actually works, I will build a big church :)
@@DevonBumpkin So never? HA. (cries)

Just rewatching this heartwarming and beautifully done vlog 💚
The air bnb gave me major Windenberg vibes with the modern home being surrounded by old architecture.

So my darling. We will go to all the places of your vlogs on a roadtrip. Thank you Cor all the great tips and lot’s of love from the Netherlands.
How have I just come across this?? AAAHHHH perfection as always Aden! Thank you for bringing us along on this lovely adventure
Excellent videography and music selection, Aden!
Glasgow is gorgeous, so I'll for sure vlog there one day!
I’m in love with your vlogs! My favourite thing to do is watch them with my morning coffee, they’re just so cosy and wonderful follow!
Fun fact: We both love the same BrewDog flavour. 😉
Also, you would absolutely LOVE York. 💕
Stay amazing, you wonderful human!
Those blokes getting in on the blog cracked me right up. 😂
Thank you so much for sharing! I love Bath, and was fortunate enough to visit a few years back. Can't wait to see what has changed since then. I stayed in the Abbey Hotel.
So happy you came to Bath, I love living in this city 😍😍
perfect timing! sitting here with a cup of tomato soup and homemade brown bread and in such a cosy mood 🤎🤎
Tomato soup is my favourite!

I hope you have a great time!
It's my uni town!! Thanks for visiting, I miss its streets with hidden gems
Oh gorgeous!
I wish I was mobile enough at the moment or I would totally consider going there 😍
The vlogs are absolutely amazing and bath is absolutely stunning. I'm visiting a place called Hebden Bridge at the weekend which is absolutely lovely and I haven't been since I was a child.
I love this series! Please keep it up. The length (filth), the relaxing music, the pretty shots. Fan bloody tastic
Really great to see you - about 20 mins in!!!
love this vlog! never realised bath was such a beautiful city... makes me want to visit someday!! i look forward to more vlogs, this is great!!!
What a beautiful city! I love that you are so comfortable taking holidays and trips by yourself, it’s such a joy to experience things with yourself and your own company! Thank you for sharing!
I've missed blue!!!! Loving the blogs.
Ah I loved this vlog! We are so lucky to have a creator that is bringing something new to the sims community and merging in your STUNNING builds with real life travel, it's fantastic! Your ahead of the game Aden, I'm looking forward to what the future holds
My favorite vlog thus far :))) thank you for sharing!
Aden I really enjoyed every vlog. This one just wow i'm speechless! thank you.
This was such an amazing and lovely vlog 🤩 And you message at the end is something I think I needed to hear 💗
Also, I adore how you say we, even though you travel alone. We're coming with you, every step of the way. So wonderful!
These trips are for all of us
I love these vlogs! Your voice is also so nice to listen too!💓
So nice to see Bath through your eyes, I fell in love with it as well when I went last year!
Sending you all the love Nicole!
The closing 😂❤️ thank you for vlogs
Bath was one of the top must dos on my list when planning our England/Scotland/France trip. I am a Regency lover and Bath (Jane Austen Centre 💖) hit the spot for me so much. Ive only gotten 10mins into your vlog before I felt compelled to squeal and comment 😊🙄🤷🏽♀️wish I was there with you too Aden, so badly. Miss the buildings, churches, castles, history etc of UK.
I hope you have a wonderful time on your visit
