You are my saviour! During Covid days with a fridge full of hoarded food I discovered why stuff was going bad in my fridge. With 2 different thermometers showing 8-10 degrees higher than the fridges own display I finally found your video. Samsung phone support was worse than useless and there is no one within 300km repairing these fridges. i couldnt find a video on pulling fridge apart but finally found your excellent video with very specific instructions on a model almost the same as mine. So tomorrows project is rip the fridge apart, test the sensor and then if its buggered, I'll order one from you!! Viva la Home Handyman during Covid days!
I want to say thank you so much for making this video available for us DIYers! I am so so so very grateful. I have a Samsung RB195BSBB. The fridge stopped cooling the fresh food. I changed the pcb (main control board) and decided to change the temperature sensor at the same time since the temp was always off by 10 degrees from the thermometer we placed inside. Now, it is cooling and the temperature is within 2 degrees of the thermometer. I am very happy! Again, THANK YOU!!

Thank you for this Video. Very informative than other videos from "repair gurus" on TH-cam. None of them was showing this part of the sensors. All of them are talking about defrosting sensor and controllers. I don't even have a Samsung fridge freezer but this video is a great help to sort out the problem I am having with my blessed Daweoo which is 14 years old.

How do we test the sensor before having to go for replacement to know if the sensor is fault or the thermostat? Thanks.
