My budgie laid eggs too
They are all fertile 🐥
But it's her second clutch..
She started laying right after the first clutch before the babies could even eat on their own properly 🙁
The same happened with me lol
But now the babies from the second clutch are grown up ready to start eating on their own
In the first clutch only two eggs were fertile from 4eggs in which only two eggs could hatch but only one baby could make it up till its full growth😔
And in the second clutch there were total five eggs from which 4 were fertile.
From which the 4th baby could not survive and the three could make it up

I know overbreeding is not good for their health thats why I removed the nest boxes once the babies got out of it

Hello brother, thanks for sharing the information with us I have the same problem my birds. Laying eggs without hatching the fourth stage, I chose them from the cage for the female to rest, but I was surprised by an egg that she laid in the salon
My one issue with this kind of breeding videos, is that it seems to encourage a lot of other people (especially kids) to breed their own birds irresponsibly. And there are already so many homeless budgies out there, that people really shouldn't be breeding more if they are not educated enough on that and are just breeding pet store birds. There are so many people on similar videos asking how to make their birds breed and it's sad. The budgie community really needs to start speaking up against irresponsible backyard breeding, cause it's hurting so many birds.
my budgies layed some eggs ,I haven't candelled them its the third day. i don't know if they survive yet .... but thanks to you and your budgies for helping all budgie owners.. hope your'e all fine sorry about your loss you will get these beautiful angels again ....😇

I want to ask you a question please, yesterday I lost my first budgie ever 💔 my heart is broken.
She died while mating with the male budgie, they were mating then she start doing a strange sound I never heard it before I thought it was because of mating because I’m a new owner but she suddenly start closing her eyes then died 😭💔 then the male budgie stopped mating after she died!
I don’t know what’s the problem here i was searching if the same happened to anyone else but I found nothing, I gave them the best environment and everything.. also when I touched her to do a CPR hoping she will come alive 💔 her body has a fever.
I don’t know what age they are probably between 7 to 9 months..
My question what wrong did I do! I’m going to bring a new female for the male budgie so he don’t feel depressed but I want to know my mistake! Should I separate them or what?

Hi, I want advice about a situation with my budgies, two days ago I went out to an appointment, I left my budgies alone in their cage when I got home the cage was on the floor and nest was upside down, suddenly I realized my male budgie has gone, now I have a female budgie alone pregnant with three eggs and two babies already out, can she take care of them alone ? please help me.
She can take care of them but you might have to hand feed them if the mom doesn't so be ready..
For me the mom stopped feeding the babies and only the dad fed them

My Budgie just laid her first two eggs and she is not sitting on them but she does check on them, and its been almost a week. When i candled them tonight i don't see any life. has it been long enough now that i should remove them? i don't think there is any baby in their. and she is already breeding again with her mate. Since they are new to this, they act like young kids and are always doing it.

Alan can you answer my question my budgie is in danger not only it's not laying any eggs since she layed her 2nd egg but she is sitting on them causing the eggs to be breaked. I mean a healthy budgie lays 4- 6. 2 of them infertile so there's a chance that those 2 eggs are infertile???????? PLEASE HELP REPLEY

Inbreeding and outbreeding. Genetics from parents as some are mated with there siblings creating infertility in both male and females most of the time.

You can just wait for 18-23 days and it will hatch if it's fertile 🐣
If you want to check them make sure your hands are clean and take the eggs out of the nest carefully and put in a dish covered with tissue paper or something and carefully check the eggs with a light from phone and keep it back inside the nest

Hello, I have two budgies. They both have mites. My uncle who is a budgie expert told me to put Vaseline and the budgie spray for mites but I’m not sure how often to spray it and where am I supposed to spray it. If someone could tel me it would be appreciated.

What are the names of this breeding pair? Are they Nibbler and Mr Snowflake again? If so, for some reason Mr Snowflake looks different to me now- like his feathers have a slightly deeper blue colour that's even prettier than before. As for the female, you have so many green and yellow budgies, I struggle to tell them apart, though I particularly like mooncake and stubby.
Our female budgie laid 6 eggs and 4 hatched but 4th one died recently :'(
