    CAGR for various timeline as per the transactions present in the video,
    1972-2006: ~ 13% CAGR
    1972-2023: ~ 22.5% CAGR
    2006-2023: ~ 10.2% CAGR.
    This gives a better picture of how much the actual results were like.

      @@cmr3441 I don't think 22.5% CAGR for 50 years is magic. Any stock promising that kind of returns will have huge risk. But real-estate is not like that. It provides safety for your capital invested.
