I have the same device. I downloaded the app, turned on the device, clicked on add device from the app. It takes me to the Wi-Fi connections on IOS. I connected to the MS45-xxxxxxx and when I go back to the app (just as you did), it doesn't see the connection. What am I missing???

Using ae or pr software, the background is a video with a black background.

sometimes a reboot of the phone is needed , try that and reload the app,

My fan just spinns a bit when i plug it in and stops after. I cant get it running. Got an Idea on how to fix that?
